Description

It grows up to 2.5 m. It has spreading lates of small baskets, 3 to 5 mm long, yellow in color. It is a neophyte native to North America that was brought in as an ornamental plant but went wild and escaped from the gardens. It grows along larger watercourses. It is a ruderal species.
