Description
It grows up to 1 m in height. The stem has grown in the upper part. Stem leaves broadly lanceolate, serrated at the margin. Covers leaves hairy, ligulate flowers white or purple. Neophyte, home from America. The species was brought to Europe in the 18th century. It grows on moist meadows and in ruderal communities along paths and railway embankments.
