Description

It is a plant with an extremely unpleasant odor. It grows from 40 to 80 cm in height. Stems erect. The leaves are large, basically heart-shaped opposite, serrated edges. The flowers are bisexual, 12 to 15 mm long, located on a short stalk, gathered in apparent vertebrae spaced 1-3 cm apart, and located at the main apex of the stalk. The calyx is 4 to 7 mm long, and the teeth of the bead are not prickly when ripe. It is common in deciduous and mixed forests throughout Slovenia.
