Description

It grows to a height of 50 to 100 cm. It has an egg-shaped to round onion. Inflorescence with buds. Stem erect, smooth, grass-like leaves, rough at the margin and veins. Leather bracts shorter than inflorescence. It has a characteristic onion smell. Relatively rare in light forests, among shrubs, in ditches and gardens in warmer areas.
