Description

The fruiting shoot is waxy yellow, up to 50 cm high and 13 mm thick, with close oviducts. Barren shoot almost to the top white, up to 1.2 m tall and 2 cm thick. It grows in shady forest swamps from the lowlands to the mountain belt.
