Description
The leaves develop individually as a firmly twisted pointed growth apex. The growing apex begins to unfold about a week after the start of growth, the leaves can grow up to a maximum of 40 cm in length and 20 cm wide. The leaf area and the length of the stalk are quite dependent on environmental influences, especially light.
